Hello!!
Today it has been a normal day for the people from Belgium, but for us, it was as good as the rest!
We have been at the school, where Belgian people did a presentation about topics like music , fashion, sports or food in their country.
We also played a fun game where we had to go to different places of the school and to find some proofs.
After that, we went outside the school to eat someting. When we finished, we went on a guided tour through Oudenaarde. They showed us the most important places, like the church, which is romanic and gothic at the same time, or the city hall, innaugurated by Charles I. We have seen many beautiful rooms with so many pictures. There were some of them of Spanish kings, as Charles I and Charles II. It was very nice know how our two cultures and countries get together in some things like that!

Wednesday 27th

Hello! today we had visited the city of Gante
which is one of the most popular places here in Belgium!
We learnt a lot about the catholicism there,the traditions, and the history of the town
We have also eaten typical meals from there like jam or chocolate
In the afternoon we were shopping in the city centre.
I wanted to said that during this trip I am learning how easy can be making new friends
with very different ways of life!

It is such a really nice experience!

Hello!
Today we have been in Ghant visiting the most important places.
It was a guided tour through the medieval streets of the city. The guide was very nice.
First of all, we saw Saint Baafs Plein where the cathedral was and also the Belfry. Then we went through a graffiti street where we recognised a graffity from a Spanish friend.
While we were walking, the guide was telling us stories of the city.
We continued visiting many beautiful squares and in each one we could taste typicall Ghant  food, which was delicious.
When the tour was over, we met at Saint Baafs Plein and then we were free to go and eat something. In that time I went into the cathedral with Biby.
After eating almost the whole group went shopping to the Veldstraat, a famous street with shops for young people like HyM, Bershka and Zara.
finally we came back to home by train.

Today it has been a great day!! We have been in Bruges, a wonderful ctiy, it seems to be taken from a fairy  tale. There we could see the cathedral, the chocolate museum, Christ's blood and of course its wonderful streets with amazing buildings. Later, we all went bowling. We shared a great day with our Belgian friends: I hope the same tomorrow in Gant!!

Today has been a great day!!
After a good sleep I could help my host family doing different things at home.
In the afternoon I went with Maaike to a field to play human little football. Andrea and Anne where there also, because they take part of a sort of youth movement called Chiro. Altough we lost, it was really fun!!!
after, we went to the lake of Oudernaade, and we went on a canoe. I fell out of it, with clothes! It was very nice too :)

Hello everybody!!

This is our second day in Belgium...

Yesterday after the welcome I went to my Belgian house without my partner, like Anni, because she was dancing too.

Hanne's mother drove me to their house while we got to know each other, I told her a lot of things about my life and she told me about her life.

Hanne(who is my partner) lives in Kortrijk, in the center of the city, when we arrived to the house all the family was waiting for me and the little sister of Hanne gave me a drawing he had done for me..so cute!

After lunch with all my host family: Hanne's parents, her two sisters (Lenke who is nineteen and Lore who is only five) where we talked a lot, I went to see a Hanne's performance, who dances with Anna's partner.

It was so funny and entertaining.

Then, I went to the funfair with the rest of the exchange people, we ate hot dogs and we got on fun attractions.

Some of them went to a disco but I didn't.

Today we have had a good day. In the morning I slept a lot because the last day with the journey I didn't sleep anything so I needed it haha.

In the evening we went to Jesse's house who is Biby's partner and we had a barbacue in her big garden.

We have been dancing all the evening , playing tennis and sitting on the grass talking.

Now I'm so excited about what is going to happen tomorrow..I will tel you.

Again, here I am!

Today we went to Jessie and Biby's house. They  organised a party for us (Spanish and Belgians) to be together.

I liked very much the idea of the names in the t-shirts because it's a good way to learn each other's names!

We were dancing all the time and we took many photos.

It has been very funny when Spanish girls made braids with our hair, now I have a headache! Haha,

It's been a great day. I love you all!

Hello everybody !!

I couldn't sleep too much because I was so nervous. At 4:00 am the alarm clock rang and I woke up very quickly. The flight was very long but I fell asleep.

When we arrived to Belgium we had to take a bus to go to our partners' school: they were waiting for us with a warm welcome! They invited us to drink some Coke and eat some cheaps.

Then I came home with mis host mother and without my exchange partner because she had to be at her dancing classes with Andrea's partner.

I met the whole family, who are Eric, Mieke's father, and Bart, Mieke's brother.

Martine, Mieke's mum cooked a delicious dish that I'll never forget, in fact I'm going to ask her for the recipe!

After eating we went to Mieke's dance performance to see her dancing. It was very funny and I liked the show too much.

We returned home and I could spleep a little bit. I was supposed to be awake at half past seven but I didn't hear Martine when she called me and I didn't wake up.

She called me again at eight and I could open my eyes at last. We went to the centre with the rest of the people and I enjoyed the fair attractions =).

Finally Mieke's parents came to us and bought me a hot dog as dinner. We got back to home and I fell asleep as quickly as I touched the bed.

Yesterday we finally arrived to Belgium. I woke up at 3 A.M to go to the airport  After the flight, we travelled by bus to Oudernaade, the village where the school is. I had a little drink and we went to our partner’s houses. I  met my host family and  had a barbecue with them. Then  went out with Maaike, my partner and her  brother to some cafes in  Oudernaade. There, we met more students and we went to an amazing park. Later, I had dinner in Hannah’s house, Cristina’s  partner. Tonight we went to the fair, and we thought about going to a party, but we were so tired that we decided to go home. It has started!!!
